If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: CVOR, General OR. Required Cardiovascular Skills/Experience: Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atrial Septic defect (adult) repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, ECMO, Femoral Cannulation, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Left Ventricular Assist device, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, PDA, Pericardial window, TAVR (Transaortic Valve Replacement), Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery. Required Vascular Skills/Experience: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Atherectomy, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Scrub Vascular Surgery, Vein stripping. Required Vascular Skills/Experience: Laparoscopic assisted cases, Lobe resection, Mediastinoscopy, Thoracotomy, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery), Scrub Thoracic Surgery. Required Endoscopic Procedure Skills/Experience: Bronchoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Peg tube placement/exchange, Scrub Endoscopic surgery. Whipple experience required. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Laser Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure.
