RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provides therapy services to children and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Bureau of Early Intervention procedures.Conducts evaluations annually and produces six-month reviews of IFSP plan.Determines need for intervention/treatment and produces IFSP goals as requested.Develops treatment plans and methods to achieve identified goals.Establishes treatment schedule and provides frequency of services as determined by IFSP plan.Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.Monitors child's response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with IFSP plan.Develops appropriate home or community programming to maintain and enhance the development of the child in their own environment.Provides timely services according to frequency determined by each child's IFSP plan and maintains caseload in accordance with productivity standards.Produces discharge reports in advance of reaching age-out of Early Intervention to assist with transition process, or as required at discharge from caseload for any other reason.Communicates and documents necessary information to family and team members for the collaboration and coordination of the child’s IFSP plan.Performs other duties as assigned.Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.Current state licensure or license eligible.Early Intervention Temporary or Full CredentialRegular attendance.
