Pay Rate: $14.50 hrly
Hours: PRN. Must be able to work blended 12/16 hr shifts and weekends.
PRN caregivers are called in as needed to cover shifts for absent employees or fill open positions. There are no guaranteed hours or set schedule. To stay active, you must work at least two shifts per month. You would give the office your weekly availability and they will contact you if coverage is needed during those times.
We do not offer traditional Mon- Fri 8a-5p shifts. Our schedules are based on client availability and include 12 hr shifts such as 8a-8p/8p-8a and 16 hrs shifts such as 4p-8a and include every weekends.
Please Note: You must be 18 years of age or older and have held a valid driver's license (Intermediates and permits DO NOT QUALIFY) for the last 12 months. You must also have a reliable vehicle to use each day you are scheduled to work as you may need to transport our clients to a medical appointment or outing.
Regardless of whether you choose to work full-time or part-time, you will need to be able to attend our paid orientation for two weeks from Monday through Friday at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. You'll perform all duties of the caregiver role including but not limited to: Cooking meals, administering medications, and housekeeping. Providing Personal care such as assistance with eating, dressing, brushing teeth, shaving, bathing, toileting or wiping. Providing Total Care and assisting the client in all areas of daily living such as feeding, changing, and transferring clients using manual lifting and lifting medical equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts. We cannot guarantee you will be assigned to a home without a client who needs total care.
