In our Adolescent Crisis Stabilization Unit the RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and support young patients in managing conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, patients in crisis, schizophrenia, substance use, or trauma related disorders.The registered nurse working in the Adolescent Crisis Stabilization Unit will provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, behavioral issues, or substance use concerns. This role involves working closely with young patients, their families, and healthcare teams to promote emotional well-being, manage mental health conditions, and support recovery.An Adolescent Psychiatric Registered Nurse delivers dedicated nursing care to adolescents navigating mental health challenges, substance use issues or behavioral crises, with a strong emphasis on supporting recovery during crisis.
