Communicates and collaborates with all hospital departments, SMH, and outside agencies in problem resolution to promote effective and efficient operation of hospital. Facilitates development/learning opportunities for shift staff. Qualifications - ExternalMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Graduate of State approved school of nursing. BSN or working towards BSN with identified time line for completion.Required Experience: 18 months nursing practice experience.Licensure: Active RN licensure in Commonwealth of Indiana.
