As a Home Health Branch Manager, you will: Be responsible for all aspects of the branch’s operations, including sales, market development and financial results Be accountable for the direction of their branch’s staff and overall operation of the agency and reports to the Branch AdministratorEnsure overall compliance with all federal, state, and local government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCareAct as the primary channel of communication between the Administrator and the organization’s employees To qualify for a Home Health RN Branch Manager with us:Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in home health or similar setting; previous case management/utilization review experience preferred A registered nurse license in good standing Minimum of three (3) years of home health care experience requiredTwo (2) years of management experience required At Interim HealthCare, our patients deserve the very best – that’s why we focus on each individual’s needs in the comfort and dignity of their home.
