They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times.Starting Wage = $34.75/hour + performance raises + $1/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am.Location: Brownsburg, INSchedules Available:Nights 6:00pm-6:00am; +20% built in overtime (48 hour weeks)Days 6:00am-6:00pm; +20% built in overtime (48 hour weeks)ResponsibilitiesRespond and react to mechanical issues in the production environment in a timely and efficient manner.Complete maintenance projects - PM tasks and work orders as assigned.Read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.Write parts requests, complete work orders, and write corrective work ordersFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Keep a clean work areaPerform building inspections and routinesCommunicate with other team membersPerform Lock-Out-Tag-Out when necessaryRequirementsMinimum 4 years work experience in a maintenance mechanic environment.Must have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Must have a basic understanding of AC/DC motors, motor control circuits, and photoeyes / sensors, etc.Knowledge of conveyance a strong plus.Must be computer literate.Familiarity with CMMS work order systemsFood manufacturing background a plus with an understanding of FDA requirementsMust have good attention to detail.
