What this job involves: Oversees the daily operation of the site HVAC/HVAC-R, utilities, and site systems. This will include water, steam, and additional site systems. This position has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all systems. A very high percentage of “wrench time” is expected. As part of the Rehab Team you will work along with therapy staff to treat patients recovering from trauma, cardiac issues, stroke, neurological conditions, brain and spinal cord injuries and medically complicated patients.
