You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians and maintain positive relationships with area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community. Safety & Quality. Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.This job is located in Lafayette, Indiana - and will travel some to Kokomo, IN Preferred Previous experience in providing social services to dialysis patients preferred.
