Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of Customer Quality, including the proper utilization of the QVOC system Prepare reports, continuous improvement activities, and other KPI/KAI related documents for review across all levels of the organization Lead investigation and root cause analysis of non-conformances and ensure on time completion of all validation activities, including coordination of PPAP Understand customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirementsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Manage all customer support activities including the management of all 0km issuesPerform other position related duties as assignedBasic: Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university or equivalent. (Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, Mechatronics or related to STEM major may also be considered with technical industry experience)Must be eligible to work in the United StatesWhile travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international)Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as requiredExperience with quality certification and systems such as ISO9001/ATF16949Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred: Master’s Degree, in Chemical or Electrical Engineering or other related fieldASQ Certification in Quality and Reliability Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturingExperience with the AIAG Advanced Quality Planning and Control Plans, FMEA, Production Part Approval Process, MSA, and SPC (Statistical Process Control)Six Stigma Black Belt/Shainin Red X CertificationExtensive knowledge in Data Analytics utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or similar applicationsGood working knowledge of Google Suite software programs Working Conditions: Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of timeAbility to work around the potential exposure to dust and chemicals]Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job functionAbility to lift up to 30 pounds
