The role of a Style Consultant can provide you with the skills and experience of:Our GUEST service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the storeRetail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic visual merchandisingIndustry trends including: style, seasonality, and brand differentiationSet, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guestAs a Style Consultant, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guestsObserve to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact.
