McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from our distribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay and benefits. McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. So, here's the details: Pay Rate: Up to $65,000 to $85,000 1st year average for qualified candidates depending on experience.Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 for road ready drivers.Team driving and 100% touch freight.Training available to drivers with a commercial license who need more road time.
