Coordinates with physicians, Nurse Managers, Nursing personnel and other departments to ensure quality patient care and maintain excellence in guest relations. Provides excellent customer service and ease of referral for outside facilities. Demonstrates effective leadership skills to coordinate activities of unit. Functions as a resource person to nursing personnel. Maintains appropriate staffing on unit.
