In coordination with the Operations Manager, develop and execute a business plan that will promote market growth and expansion of sales, rental and contract service revenue opportunities. Manage sales opportunities within the designated territory Increase revenue and profitability in territory through aggressive sales & rental sales practices Build and improve customer relationships in territory Work with branch manager to increase market share Work with branch estimator to ensure market coverage and consistency in territory pricing Wide breadth of RoadSafe product knowledge and understanding Identify target accounts in territory and increase products purchased and rental opportunities Gather information on current market trends to strengthen RoadSafes’s position and protect profits and market share In coordination with the Operations Manager, finalization of the territory yearly budget, strategic plan and long-range forecasting to provide a structure for increased sales and rental income.
