The activities include, but are not limited to, managing driver performance, dispatching drivers, inventory management and reconciliation, DOT compliance, time entry administration, SBU communication and planning with the Fleet Manager. It is tactically key for the Terminal Supervisor to have regular daily contact with her/his associates to ensure they have the resources they need to do their jobs and that drivers are maintaining self-discipline to meet on-time delivery expectations for our customers and exceed minimum work standards of the company in a safe and damage free manner. The Terminal Supervisor will be accountable for coordinating driving, loading and unloading activities of drivers and managing engagement and relationships to effectively deliver vehicles legally compliant and efficiently to satisfy contractual and customer requirements.
