You should have sufficient knowledge and maturity to effectively deal with technical issues and help to support the broader team.Required qualifications to be successful in this role At least 5+ years of recent experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting computing applications in a large-scale, midrange, and distributed environment.Experience in configuring and maintaining components of AWS ConnectProficient in work and resolve issues related to AWS Connect Agent workspace.2+ years of experience on AWS Services and Understanding and work experience of AWS services like API Gateway, Lambda, Step functions, SQS, SNS, SES.Awareness and understanding of AI Services such as Comprehend, Lex, Transcribe and Polly.Expert in at least two programming languages being used in AWS like Python, Java etc.Desired qualifications/non-essential skills:Familiarity with Agile development methodology and conceptsDemonstrated ability and interest in learning new technologiesCandidates should be self-starters and have the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.#LI-ARK1#DICE#CSG-TMC-F24 CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
