They ensures the presence and proper arrangement of surgical equipment and supplies in the operating room to each operation; assists the surgeon during the operation as allowed by professional and legal standards. The Vascular Clinical Specialist assists/directs cleaning of the operating room after the operation, ensuring proper routing of equipment and used material. Responsible for assuring the sterility of the operative field. Drapes the patient as requested.
