General Summary: The Structural Heart Program within the Division of Interventional Cardiology at Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a primary point of contact across the continuum of care for patients, families, and their care team to facilitate referral management, triage coordination, provide patient education, pre, and post-procedural follow-up for our patients undergoing procedures within the Structural Heart Program.
