The Assistant Clinical Manager will work in collaboration with the unit Clinical Manager and Advanced Practice Manager for Behavioral Health to improve patient flow maintain safe practices help to reduce unit acuity provide real-time supervision and education to members of the clinical team directs nursing care and coordinates resources and performs administrative activities as assigned. The incumbent will report to the Director of Psychiatric Nursing Services and will work closely with the ancillary leadership.Responsibilities:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Areas of major responsibility include: Patient Focus; Human Resource Management; Financial Management; Departmental/Organizational Support; and Clinical Practice Management/Development.
