We want people that can support and lead the technical strategy in their product team and can communicate future plans and direction to technical and non-technical associates.Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of Mainframe development experience gained on multiple implementations, including lead rolesExcellent COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, CICS development experienceRetail (Merchandise Planning) Mainframe design and coding for major retail chainDemonstrated technical and functional understanding of retail hierarchies Experience in Retail matrix data management and associated impacts across the technical ecosystemExperience leading major Mainframe integration projectsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / work experience in relevant technical domainExperience leading a global technical teamTechnical program planning for large implementationsDemonstrated ability to understand complex business requirementsPreferred Qualifications Experience with TSO, RUMBA, ControlM, ExpeditorThis position has a starting salary range of $110,500 to $143,700 per year.Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.Come Discover Different at TJX.
