Confers with medical staff in developing guidelines for medication use through establishment of task forces or working groups as appropriate.11. Provides leadership, effective supervision, coaching, and personnel management to direct reports and all employee members of the division.12. Ensures that staff who provide patient care maintain age-related competencies.13.
