The daily routine for nurses on this unit consists of bedside shift reports, assessments, hourly rounding, phlebotomies, IV insertions, aquapheresis, TR band recovery, patient education and more. During daily accountable care unit rounding, physicians, nurses, case management team members or social workers, and members of the pharmacy team collaborate and discuss the care plans of patients. Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing. Less than 1 year of experience.
