Gathers and analyzes billing data and performs day-to-day processes alongside the team. Ensures achievement of KPI’s in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Develops and maintains payer relationships and stays current with payer and healthcare billing regulations. Maximizes recoveries on assigned Accounts Receivables and proactively identifies areas that require attention to protect a positive cash position. The Supervisor ensures company goals and metrics are met through effective billing procedures and follow-up processes.
