You'll be joining our team of hardworking technical specialists, who are dedicated to the advancement of modeling, simulation, and analysis.As an Electronic Attack Analyst you willWork independently and as a member of small teams to evaluate the impact of electronic attack on air combat missions, using an assortment of analysis tools.Provide technical insight and innovation to support DoD programs interested in electronic attack.Regularly have direct communication with sponsors to provide context and influence decision making. Have opportunities to engage in independent research projects that encourage creative solutions and reward initiative QualificationsYou will meet our minimum qualification for the job if youHave a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a related area.Have demonstrated excellence in performing electronic attack analysis in a simulated environmentCan work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and communicate sophisticated ideas directly with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors.Are skilled in conducting quantitative analysis, rapidly learning new and exciting concepts.Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level with consideration for internal parity. For salaried employees scheduled to work less than 40 hours per week, annual salary will be prorated based on the number of hours worked. APL may offer bonuses or other forms of compensation per internal policy and/or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be provided in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, locality allowance or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
