Performs research duties such as developing research proposals in concert with principal investigator(s), and initiating and coordinating site visits for study sponsors.Essential Functions:Operations: Manages the day to day operations of the oncology research team assuring that problems are addressed and procedures are established and followed.Leadership:Provides leadership and managemetn for personnel dedicated to the oncology research team.Communication:Effectively communicates with internal and external customers.Report: Compiles statistical and quality reports on a recurring and ad hoc basis and commjincates the findings to appropriate personnel.Quality Control:Ensures proper mainenance and confidentiality of records.Professional Development:Identifies training and development oportunities for staff and self.
