JOB SUMMARY:The Domestic ViolenceProgram Manager is responsible for all program operations and staff.Works to provide services to victims of domestic violencewhile supporting the mission of Center for Hope by building partnerships, serving on local and statewide coalitions, and maintaining relationships within the surrounding community.Ensures the program is fully funded by identifying gaps in services/funding, writing grant proposals, and reporting on grants as required.Manages grant funding and spending according to funders’ requirements.This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services at the Center for Hope.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Master's degree3 to 5 years of experience with grant managementDomestic violence knowledge/experience REQUIREDIn office positionAdditional InformationAs one of the largest health care providers in Maryland, with 13,000 team members, We strive toCARE BRAVELYfor over 1 million patients annually.
