Tarifa de Pago: Hasta $17.74/hora Horarios Disponibles: Viernes, Sbado, Domingo | 7:00 AM-7:00 PM De lunes a jueves de 6 p.m. a 4:30 a.m Responsabilidades Clave: Realizar una o ms funciones relacionadas con la distribucin que permitan, segn lo requiera el negocio, la asignacin en varias funciones como verificacin, seleccin, empaque, reabastecimiento, llenado de pedidos en bin/bulk, almacenamiento en bin/bulk, envo, recepcin/devoluciones, clasificacin o carga (segn lo aplicable a la operacin). La asignacin a otras tareas funcionales puede realizarse a diario o con menor frecuencia. Puede, ocasionalmente, operar un transpaleta para mover productos. Contribuir a un ambiente de trabajo seguro a travs de un enfoque continuo en la limpieza y la seguridad. Demostrar un compromiso con los valores fundamentales de nuestra empresa. Interactuar con supervisores, lderes y/o grupos de trabajo con intercambios de informacin relacionados con las tareas inmediatas. Participar en la implementacin y contribuir con ideas y sugerencias para mejoras continuas en el proceso de distribucin en un entorno grupal. Trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rpido, impulsado por mtricas. Requisitos Clave: Se prefiere diploma de secundaria o educacin equivalente. Capacidad bsica para comunicarse, tanto verbalmente como por escrito, usando el idioma ingls. Habilidades matemticas bsicas (conteo, suma, resta, multiplicacin). Habilidades informticas bsicas (acceso y navegacin por internet; familiaridad con el teclado; apertura, cierre y guardado de documentos). Capacidad para levantar un mnimo de 70 libras regularmente, hasta 150 libras de forma poco frecuente. Capacidad para empujar, tirar, agarrar y manipular finamente el equipo con las manos de manera continua durante las horas de trabajo. Posibilidad de caminar sobre superficies irregulares, aunque poco frecuente. Experiencia bsica con Microsoft Word y Excel. Capacidad para trabajar en un horario flexible es un plus (inicio temprano del turno y/o quedarse hasta que el trabajo est completo). Desempeo laboral y comportamiento adecuados segn indicadores como trabajo en equipo, asistencia, calidad y productividad, etc. Se prefiere un (1) ao de experiencia relacionada previa.
