Fabricators are responsible for fabricating and assembling polyethylene pipe to create a variety of customized structures such as: fittings, valves, T's, Y's, elbows, aqua shields, geothermal vaults, manholes, dual containment units, pumps, gas aeration lines and similar structures that meet customer specifications by performing the following duties: Read and interpret blueprints, product drawings and pic ticket orders to determine materials, tools and equipment needed to complete work Follows quality control procedures to ensure that the assembled, fabricated product meets customer specifications Upholds accurate records of materials used on "ticket"; locates and pulls required materials from inventory Maintains clean work area and equipment; following safety procedures concerning use of equipment and materials to maintain safe working conditions Operates ISCO's fusion and fast fusion equipment, cranes and forklifts

This person will have access to tools at our facility to accomplish these expectations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to our customers. 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00 am Responsibilities: Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders, performing testing when required.Demonstrates an advanced understanding of inspection equipment, their functions and uses to ensure that all parts and assemblies are within specifications.Ensure all parts and components are clean prior to assembly and that assemblies are completed properly, following all assembly procedures.Follow all safety procedures, and wear required personal safety equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve issues within assembly.Have a sharp eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.Capable of calculating basic mathematical functions including computation of rate, ratio, and percent and to convert one type of measurement into another.Participate in CIP activities as needed and comply with all Flowserve policies and procedures.Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints and technical drawings safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly to peers, supervisors, and customersShow a customer-service mindset for on-time delivery and quality workmanship.Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required.Demonstrate behavior that promotes team building and continuous improvement.Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to operate jib and overhead cranesOther duties as assigned. Requirements: 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience as a mechanic for rotating machines, mechanical devices or as a general mechanic is preferred.
