The Floater Lead Teacher is a supportive team member, accountable for continuing to support children when others are absent. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentBachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field45 hours of Child Growth and Development45 hours in Preschool CurriculumMinimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college creditsDemonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to ongoing professional developmentPhysical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)About Endeavor SchoolsColumbia Academyis part of the Endeavor Schools family.
