General Summary of PositionProvides professional nursing care for transplant patients following established standards and practices. Functions to advance the clinical mission and goals of the Department through collaborative relationships within the Medical Center. Schedules in-services and education sessions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Performs quality control functions of assigned area as directed.
