The PLS manages grievances to ensure efficient and effective resolution as per CMS and TJC regulations. The PLS contacts patients and family to answers questions, follow-up on concerns and provide information and reviews and investigates allegations of suboptimal care resulting in poor quality or harm. Trained in design-thinking, Human Factors, and/or CUSP methodologies preferred. Higher degree, if required by professional licensing board in clinical profession.Salary Range: Minimum 39.61 per hour - Maximum 61.40 per hour.
