This machinist position requires self-inspection of parts, able to use trigonometry to find dimensions, understanding of geometric tolerancing, and being able to work in a safe and efficient manner. 2nd shift: Mon - Thur 3:30 pm - 2:00 am - 5% Differential Responsibilities: Machinist with experience running castings on manual and CNC machines.Maintain clean and well-organized work area at all times while maintaining all tooling and machinery for efficient and safe operation.Accurately machine to within a +/- .001 tolerance and familiar with prints with geometric tolerances.Comfortable with all types of precision measuring equipment and working in English and Metric systems.Experienced with jib and overhead cranes lifting large castings.Understand and operate machines, tooling, and measuring equipment properly and safely.Adhere to all Safety Procedures & Policy. Complete all Pure Safety and other safety training as required.
