I. Job SummaryResponsible for day-to-day operations of an innovative biosolids processing facility and associated leachate/condensate treatment operations. Duties include project and facility management, staff hiring and training, daily operations management, maintenance, quality control, inbound biosolids delivery and product shipment coordination. This position requires contract administration and interface with wastewater treatment plant(s) (WWTPs) which have contracted with WM for biosolids management, as well as close coordination with associated landfill operations functions for energy supply, site and facility maintenance, leachate processing and landfill disposal. This position ensures full regulatory compliance, prepares reports, assists in sales efforts, and hosts tours and visits. Finally, this position play a critical role in establishing best practices and operational improvements for future WM biosolids processing operations. II.
