As Stellantis US Air and Environmental Compliance Specialist, ensure that US Production have appropriate air emissions permits to install and operate in compliance with all applicable air pollution laws and regulations, including emissions control equipment, monitoring, maintenance, and reporting. Work with regulated facilities to ensure that ongoing compliance is maintained, and all reporting is completed. Review proposed or new programs to determine permitting requirements. Work with consultants to prepare and submit required permit applications. Oversee the compliance of all US operational facilities for compliance with Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reporting requirements. Monitor air and other regulatory initiatives for Ohio, Indiana, Illinois to identify new requirements and potential impact on included facilities. Support air compliance aspects of Mexico operations. In general, responsibilities include: Support US Plant Environmental Specialists to assure compliance with air permits and applicable air pollution control laws and regulations.
