The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned center, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties (amount dependent on number of direct reports). The remainder of their time is allocated to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. Fills in as needed for center clinical leadership needs, including monitoring daily center census as part of joint center accountability for outcomes.Plays an active role in the management of their center and helps cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
