Department/Unit Summary 54 bed acute Medical and Surgical unit (3 wings with 18 beds each).1:6 ratio on average. We have good support from care aides to assist in patient care. Wide variety of patient conditions and interventions to hone skills and grow professionally. Fast paced unit with admissions and discharges happening throughout the shift at times.
