Overview: William Charles Electric, a MasTec Company, is hiring for an experienced Estimating Manager specializing in high voltage electrical construction.The candidate will be responsible for the management of the electrical estimating department and its personnel, performing day-to-day functions for the firm’s estimating activities such as assigning estimating resources to the multiple estimating pursuits, coordinating pre-bid attendance as needed, bid management, cost databases, estimating software, implementing/improving estimating practices and also perform those additional roles specifically outlined in the Managerial Duties and Other Essential Job Functions sections that follow.
