Leverage understanding of the market, customers, and competitors to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, supply chain, operations, finance, business resource center and marketing communications, to drive product success.Conduct competitive analysis:Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities, informing product positioning and differentiation strategies.Develop pricing strategies:Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.Lead product planning:Lead the development of product plans for specific product lines, defining product roadmaps, launch timelines, and marketing strategies.Manage product line activities: Manage all aspects of assigned product lines including product budgets, forecasts, profitability, for new and existing products or product lines, to optimize product and financial performance.Monitor and analyze market trends:Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform product strategy and support decision-making.Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.Provide product expertise:Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product lines, presenting product information and providing guidance and support, to internal and external stakeholders.Must be able to perform all essential job function with/without accommodation.Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.Performs other duties within scope as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field of study5 years experience in Product Development and/or Product Marketing with Bachelor’s Degree (3 years related experience with Master’s Degree)Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.Preferred QualificationsExperience in furniture manufacturing.Experience in product seating.Balanced experience in product development, marketing, and/or sales.Strong Presentation skills.Strong Microsoft office suite skills.#LI-MR1
