Participate in individual goal development, coordination of services, discharge planning and family education as needed.Develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with all individuals.Attend and verbally present at team meetings, clinical reviews, staff meetings and in-services. Attends departmental meetings and participates in program development.Order individual specific treatment supplies and equipment.Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safety of staff and individuals.Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, and/or OT students as required.Other duties as assigned. The Speech/Language Pathologist - CFA is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: provision of speech and language pathology services to child and adolescent consumers of Hope Network Center for Autism.
