About the Practice The Big Rapids Family Medicine office works closely with the Canadian Lakes Family Medicine office. There are several providers including Pediatricians, Internal Medicine Physicians, other Physicians as well as APPs. The Inboxology program supports providers and the quality of their work life, by shifting unnecessary disruptions that occur during a typical day to other non-PCP resources. This is a non-patient facing role and all messages are triaged and processed by an RN.
