About the UnitThe Critical Care Unit (CCU) is an 18-bed mixed ICU managing adult surgical, trauma, neuro, medical, and cardiothoracic/vascular patients. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:2 and adjusted for acuity throughout the shift. We have residents and attendings present for both shifts to support continued medical care and treatment.
