Our location produces liquid egg, hardcook egg, and precooked egg such as scrambled, patties and omelets. Responsibilities: Position is responsible supervising all production areas at the Gaylord facility and for the training, scheduling and development of 60+ employees during 1st shift production. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.2- 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills.Ability to prioritize and follow directions with little/no supervision.Must have strong organizational skills and ability to do multi-functional tasks.Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends when requiredBi-lingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and in group situations.Ability to respond to questions from internal/external customers/vendors at all levels including management.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.
