Education and/or ExperienceGraduate of an accredited school of nursing required.Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred.One year or more working in a clinical setting.At least 3 months working in Dialysis required.Med/Surg, CCU, or Emergency Unit experience preferred. Licensure/Certification/RegistrationLicensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required upon hire.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 3 months of hire.Nephrology certification preferred.Work ScheduleThree 12-hour shifts per week, every third weekend, occasional holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeksWhat Makes Avera Special
