Job DescriptionJob Description:Oversees security operations and supervises security staff at assigned Essentia Health facilities. Ensures assigned members are fulfilling mission requirements supporting the protection and safeguard of patients, staff, and all other persons along with physical assets and facilities. Specific responsibilities include scheduling personnel to assure adequate security coverage on shifts, ensuring on-going job training for assigned officers is completed and enforcing security officer standards and enforcement of medical center rules, policies and procedures. Takes immediate actions to remedy security situations not covered by standard operating procedures.
