Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.2- 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills.Ability to prioritize and follow directions with little/no supervision.Must have strong organizational skills and ability to do multi-functional tasks.Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends when requiredBi-lingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
