This position is onsite at the North Mankato, MN Facility.Essential duties (not all inclusive):Provide daily preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production and auxiliary equipment, including forklifts, pressure washer, rooftop units, heating and cooling units according to our policySupport the installation of company machines and equipmentProvide technical and support for the Operations staff on their shiftMaintain, per recommended guidelines, maintenance tools, equipment and general supplies inventoryCoordinate maintenance tasks around production needs as best as possible.Comply with all safety policies. Report all unsafe activities and fix safety issuesParticipation in Continuous Improvement activities and trainingSPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.Coach team members on Maintenance issuesMechanical assemblies (gearboxes, drives etc.), Preventive maintenance, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, SAPBasic electrical knowledge (3 phase, breakers, schematic reading, etc.)Education and ExperienceAssociate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 1 or more years related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
