With us,theProgram Supervisor oversees a group home ensuring there are adequate staffing levels, that the health and safety of the individuals we serve is being met and that the staff are satisfied and being retained.The Program Supervisor serves as a mentor to other employees, promoting teamwork and identifying training needs.
