Ensure everyone stretches as a group, communicate changes and daily workload. Analyze head count for workload and make changes as necessary.Monitor doors: prep and close doors by following the inbound and outbound procedures.Work closely with the office staff to ensure the workflow to the floor is consistent.Monitor pallet truck deliveries ensuring the trailers are unloaded and reloaded with repair pallets in a timely fashion.Verify Hot List loads: see Hot List Procedure.Monitor the floor for safety concerns or infractions and act appropriately.Operate a forklift in a safe and productive manner.
