Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About You:High School diploma or equivalent.Experience with General Industrial Maintenance or a Certificate in General Industrial Maintenance or a related technical degree preferred.5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing print and bindery equipment from large format Litho presses to shrink wrappers and everything in between.Knowledge of Air Compressor Service, Industrial Ventilation, Electric Motors and three phase power a plus.Experience managing vendor relationships.Experience managing a work order or service request system.Ability to work independently while managing workload and prioritizing tasks.Ability to take partners to resolve issues and educate to prevent future occurrences.Effective communication skills and teamwork.Able to lift 50+ pounds.The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ locationAmericans with Disabilities Act (ADA)In compliance with state and federal laws, Target will make reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
