Required experience also includes supporting devices in a network environment.Key Competencies – strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting. Must be able to work independently as well as participate in team activities. Customer service oriented. Knowledge of or experience with AS400 or SAP software is a plus. This position generally works an 8-hour schedule but can require overtime on occasion. In addition, this role provides support to a 24/7 operation, so flexibility is required.Physical Requirements – Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of IT devices to a height of 3-4 feet. Must be able to bend, kneel and sit properly to set up IT equipment under and on top of desks in officers, cubicles, or the warehouse.
